Yours4Floors offers shipping across the whole of the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, as well as the Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey).

Alternatively, we offer a collection service from our North London showroom. The address for this is 41 Green Lanes, Palmers Green, London, N13 4TN.

There is no charge to collect from our North London showroom.

Deliveries are made to the ‘kerb side’. The buyer must provide assistance unloading the goods. It is assumed that the delivery address will be accessible by a large lorry (40′-0″). Please advise Yours4Floors of any restrictions. The delivery vehicle must be able to park at the delivery address without committing a parking offence. If the customer knows of any parking restrictions or problems, they must be made known to Yours4Floors at the time of ordering. If the customer instructs the driver to park in a manner that results in a parking penalty being incurred payment of this will be the responsibility of the customer.

Due to the nature of our goods, some items are heavy and this should be considered when you arrange for transfer from the kerb side into your property.

Delivery of all stock orders is usually completed within 3 working days. However, for non-stock items, delivery times are approximately 7 to 10 working days.

Once your order has been placed, we will be in touch to confirm the delivery details.

It is the buyers responsibility to check the goods for damage or wrong delivery before accepting delivery. No claim for damages or wrong delivery can be made if the carriers receipt is signed as goods received in good condition.

Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made to Yours4Floors in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Goods may be returned for whatever reason subject to the buyer notifying Yours4Floors in writing, within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Returned goods will only be accepted for restocking for all items within the whole order, and providing that they are undamaged and in the original and unopened packaging.

We do not accept returns for part orders or for items which have been over ordered. The goods must be returned at the buyers expense, via their chosen courier.
