About Yours4Floors

Who are Yours4Floors?
We are a family company with 12 years experience supplying real wood flooring, laminate flooring, carpets and vinyl to domestic and commercial customers alike. We supply a wide range of flooring to cater to all tastes. We stock all the well-known manufacturers, including Balterio, Quickstep and Karndean.

What payment methods do you accept?
Yours4Floors accepts all majour credit cards – Visa, Mastercard, Maestro & Amex. We Also Accept Paypal, Apple Pay, GPay and Amazon 1 click checkout.
Is my payment information secure?
We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
When will I receive my refund?

Goods may be returned for whatever reason subject to the buyer notifying Yours4Floors in writing, within 7 days of receipt of the goods.

Returned goods will only be accepted for restocking for all items within the whole order, and providing that they are undamaged and in the original unopened packaging. We do not accept returns for part orders or for items which have been over ordered. The goods must be returned at the buyers expense, via their chosen courier.

My Goods Have Arrived Damaged?
It is the buyers responsibility to check the goods for damage or wrong delivery before accepting delivery. No claim for damages or wrong delivery can be made if the carriers receipt is signed as goods received in good condition. Any claim for damages or wrong delivery must be made to Yours4Floors in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods, failing which all claims shall be deemed to be waived.
How can I change my password?
When logged into your user dashboard, click the Account Details link on the side of the page and use our easy-to-use password reset form.
