It’s that time of the year again, where we look ahead of the flooring trends for next year – 2022! From sustainable wood to beautiful, striking vinyl patterns, here at Yours4Floors, we’ve got you covered.
Here is a little more detail about each trend, along with a favourite product from each.
1. Stone Effect LVT
Stone effect luxury vinyl tiles (LVT) allow you to recreate an expensive, luxury look throughout your home at a fraction of the price of the real thing. Whilst genuine stone floor can be rough, difficult to install and incredibly pricey, thankfully, stone effect LVT offers the complete opposite. It’s both significantly more comfortable and a much cheaper alternative that is perfect for a kitchen or bathroom. Our wide range includes everything from marble to black to white stone effect vinyl flooring.
If you are restricted to a specific dimension, we offer a wide range of products in various thicknesses, including 2mm, 4.5mm, 5mm and 5.5mm to suit all requirements.
Available for both online and in-store ordering, we also offer fitting through the South-East!

2. Parquet Flooring
A traditional parquet design can add a traditional and contemporary twist to your classic or modern home, providing an edge of elegance to any environment.
The tough nature of this flooring makes it suitable for a variety of spaces, including entrances hallways, lounges or right throughout the home – looking especially striking in open-plan living. Each parquet block is durable and can handle high levels of traffic whilst maintaining the timeless appeal of real wood.

3. Bleached Wood
As we all become more environmentally aware, an emphasis on sustainability and natural products will feature heavily in interior design for the foreseeable future. The look is simple and natural, adding a sense of outdoors to the home.
The latest twist is to have natural materials that have been treated to give them a more individual appearance, like bleached floors and smoked wood. This lighter colour is easy to match with the paints and home furnishings, complementing both warm and cool colours.
We offer a wide range of bleached / natural wood flooring options, including the stunning Quick-Step Classic Bleached White Oak shown here.
